Diligence - Count Fane Cel Rau

I've figured out I might use, kind of, the same colors for the counters to the 7 Deadly.

And since all the 7 deadlies are full body, none of these will be...

I do realize that Fane probably wouldn't do his own dirty-work, but I think if he had to, he would. So just for the sake of this, let's say my theory is correct...
